Thunderhead.com solution to enhance Brotherhood Mutual’s customer experience

Brotherhood Mutual, insurer of churches and related ministries, has selected Thunderhead.com’s customer experience management solution to enhance customer experience.

Replacing legacy policy print solution, the modern, flexible, multichannel platform will provide Brotherhood Mutual with support for all enterprise customer communications, including policies, billing, correspondence, and notices.

It will also enable the continued use of existing customer communications templates.

Brotherhood Mutual Application Architecture assistant vice president Rick Crow said that the Brotherhood Mutual will deploy Thunderhead.com solution to reach document generation goals while meeting application integration requirements.

"Among those is a bias toward the adoption of standards-based solutions, and Thunderhead.com's platform has that covered," Crow added.

In addition to providing faster time to market and reducing maintenance costs, the Thunderhead.com solution is fully integrated with Guidewire InsuranceSuite and provides ability to integrate easily with modern core systems (SOA) for Brotherhood Mutual.

"Brotherhood Mutual is preparing to implement Guidewire BillingCenter and knowing that Thunderhead.com provides seamless integration with that product through its integration accelerators, allows us to satisfy what would otherwise be a significant development requirement," Crow added.
