Bankstone will take up the responsibility of catering to Shene Insurance’s motor, household and business needs

Shene Insurance, a personal lines broker, has chosen Bankstone for the handling of its claims, reported Insurance Daily.

Bankstone will take up the responsibility of catering to Shene Insurance’s motor, household and business needs, and will offer an external claims handling service.

Philip Alexander, MD of Shene Insurance, has stated that the firm’s topmost priority was providing the improved offering to its customers. Mr. Alexander added that he believes that Bankstone had the experience and resources to enhance the firm’s claims handling that will benefit the customers.

Dickon Tysoe, director at Bankstone, has also expressed his delight on behalf of the firm at being selected by Shene Insurance. He further added that he looked forward to collaborating with Shene Insurance to optimise retention whilst cutting operational costs, quoted the daily.
