Integro buys Lemme Insurance Group

Insurance broker and risk management firm Integro has purchased boutique insurance brokerage and consulting firm Lemme Insurance Group.


Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Integro president William Goldstein said: "We have known Mario, Sam Rudman, John Hecht and Jay Moroney for a number of years and have had the benefit of working with their firm to deliver value added solutions to their impressive list of clients."

Established in 1998, Lemme offers specialty insurance brokerage services to the US and Canadian accounting, consulting and law firms.

Lemme provides services, including professional liability, employment practices/management liability, and cyber liability coverage.

Lemme president Jay Moroney said: "Aligning with Integro, we can now tell our clients that yes, we can handle all of your insurance needs, including benefits coverage, seamlessly and with the level of expertise you've come to expect from us."

Integro, along with its family of specialty insurance and reinsurance companies, carries out operations in the US, Canada, Bermuda and the US.
