Confie Seguros acquires Hispanic focused insurance broker Seguros Sin Barreras

Confie Seguros, a US based insurance distribution company focused on Hispanic consumers, has acquired Seguros Sin Barreras, an insurance broker that serves Hispanic customers in 49 US states.

In addition, Confie Seguros has appointed Valeria Rico, former CEO and president of Lexicon Marketing, as chief marketing officer.

Rico joined Lexicon in 1995 and was promoted to chief operating officer in 2000. She served as CEO and president since 2004 and under her leadership Lexicon grew into the top direct marketer to US Hispanics.

Confie Seguros CEO John Addeo said that Seguros Sin Barreras has reputation among Hispanic consumers and the combination of the company's assets with Confie Seguros' extensive locations will create a market leader that will further expand our reach and enhance our ability to generate new customers.
