Concordis Group Acquires Concordis Insurance

To bring breadth of services to customers

Concordis Group has finalised the acquisition of Concordis Insurance. Concordis Insurance provides a variety of custom-tailored insurance solutions to captive programs, risk retention groups, self-insured clients, insurance companies and both public and private entities.

Reportedly, the company's acquisition strategy focusses on finding companies that will create additional synergy and have positive cash-flow, strong growth potential and highly qualified management teams. These industry sectors include financial services and insurance.

Concordis Group, a diversified holding company, provides investment brokerage services and business insurance products for its clients. The company provides these products and services through its two wholly owned subsidiaries: Concordis Insurance SPC and Puritan Securities.
