BBK, BKIC unveils insurance products under SECURA Bancassurance

BBK, a Bahrain-based retail and commercial bank, has launched of a comprehensive suite of new insurance products under its bancassurance brand SECURA.

For more than a decade partnership with Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company (BKIC), BBK has been active in the field of bancassurance and now SECURA is being re-established as BBK's comprehensive insurance brand.

The lender said that it will offer exciting new range of general insurance products designed to meet all of the insurance needs of BBK customers and under it SECURA Bancassurance name.

The new product range includes MotorSecura, a comprehensive motor insurance policy offering customers a range of benefits that extend beyond the insured vehicle; HomeSecura, which is a complete insurance policy for residential properties.

Other products under the SECURA Bancassurance brand include TravelSecura, an annual travel insurance policy that covers the ENTIRE family in one policy, while HopeSecura, is a new product tailored to cover 12 critical illnesses at a very affordable price.

The HopeSecura pays out a single payment to the insured on being diagnosed with one of the 12 critical illnesses that include cancer, coma, kidney failure, stroke, first heart attack, and certain other heart related illnesses/conditions among others.

BBK chief executive Abdul Karim Bucheery said that the introduction of the enhanced and new SECURA products through the partnership with partner BKIC is part of BBK's continuing efforts to provide its customers with a comprehensive range of products and services.

He further said that the new products will satisfy all of their financial needs and that are enhanced regularly to cater to the ever changing needs of the market.
